Condgest brings together management experience, rigorous processes and technology, so that managing the condominium stops being a source of worry.
We set up Condgest because most complaints about condominium management are the same: accounts nobody understands, requests that go unanswered, decisions of the owners’ meeting that never leave the paper.
Our answer is method. Every condominium has a manager responsible for it, a maintenance plan, contracts that are followed up and deadlines that are kept. Every owner has access to the building’s accounts and documents in the portal.
We manage residential, office and mixed-use buildings, always under the Portuguese horizontal property regime.
