Condominium management in Lisbon

We're a Lisbon company managing Lisbon buildings. We know the old buildings and the new ones, the city's suppliers and how owners want to be treated: with answers and with clear accounts.

Why a local company

Close to your building, when it matters

Lisbon’s buildings have needs of their own. In Pombaline buildings and those from the 1940s to the 1960s, maintaining roofs, façades and plumbing weighs more. In recent buildings, the equipment is what counts: lifts, garages, gates and fire safety systems.

A management company based in Lisbon can visit the building, follow a job and meet the owners without travel costs that end up on the condominium’s bill.

Frequently asked questions

Condominiums in Lisbon

Which parts of Lisbon do you cover?

The whole city: we manage buildings from Parque das Nações to Belém, from Lumiar to Baixa. Outside Lisbon, we're also in Cascais and Montijo. Our office is at Praceta da Tabaqueira, in Lisbon.

How much does condominium management cost in Lisbon?

The price depends on the number of units, the equipment and the services included. In Lisbon, small buildings generally pay more per unit than large ones. We send a fixed proposal once we know the building.

Do you hold the first owners' meeting for a new building?

Yes. We see the condominium through its setting up: first owners' meeting, rules, initial budget, common reserve fund and insurance.

Can owners who live outside Lisbon, or abroad, take part?

Yes. Owners' meetings can be held by video call and all the records are in the portal, accessible from anywhere.

Shall we get to know your building?

Tell us how many units the building has and what it needs. We'll send you a clear proposal, with everything that's included.
